How to use PayPal Without a Credit Card

PayPal account is a very useful for online payment and it is used by many people to pay and to get paid. By using a PayPal account you don't risk exposing your credit card details on the Internet. PayPal is accepted worldwide by many merchants and shopping websites ensuring you have access to all the products and services without the hassle of worrying about your credit card number being stolen. On the other hand, PayPal requires that you verify your account by providing your credit card information. There are a few walk-around ways to skip this step. This removes the restrictions imposed by PayPal on unverified accounts.

  1. Open the PayPal homepage
  2. Click on Sign Up
  3. Select the Country you are from and set the account type as Personal
  4. Create an account without providing your credit card details
  5. Log In to your account
  6. Click on the Get Verified link at the top of your accounts page as shown in the above picture
  7. Click on Edit or Add Bank Account and provide your account details like the NEFT IFSC code and your account number
  8. Click Continue
  9. Click Add Bank Account



A small amount from PayPal will be deposited in your bank account. Once you get the confirmation that you have received that money, it usually takes a couple of working days, you have to come back to your PayPal account and confirm the same. You would have to correctly mention the money received in your bank account. Now your bank account is linked with your PayPal account and you can transfer the funds from your one account to the other.
